The Young Entrepreneurs Symposium (YES) was launched in 2006 as a joint partnership by goldenmedia and the Truly Caribbean Network Foundation on St. Maarten.

More than 15 nations have been represented at YES 2006 and YES 2007. That number is sure to increase in 2009 with four YES conferences scheduled to take place around the Caribbean.

The mission of YES is to motivate Caribbean nationals to turn their passions for the arts, technology, finance into ventures that are sustainable and have impact in their communities and the nations at large.

Turning Passions into Enterprise is the motto and in 2009 passions will come alive at YES Cayman, YES Barbados, YES Antigua and YES St. Maarten.
